Rural Arts Activation Fund
The Rural Arts Activation Fund is designed to support small, grassroots cultural organizations, many of which are volunteer-run and lack paid staff to activate civic spaces such as grange halls, libraries, and community buildings, through artistic programming.
This fund provides grants up to $3,000 to support community-driven cultural programming.
Examples of supported activities include:
- Arts programming in renovated community spaces
- Performances, exhibitions, or workshops
- Cultural programming at libraries
- Community gatherings that bring people together through creative activity
Please check back in December 2026 for more information. The application portal opens on January 15, 2027. Proposals are due March 1, 2027.
